Background
In 2012, the research team traveled to the United States and acquired codes from the majestic Grand Teton mountain range and Castleton Tower after discovering that these locations had codes that benefit people.
We chose a couple of David's photographic codes from these two beautiful locations for this year's merchandising selection.
the stories behind the photos
Photographing the Grand Teton:
Examining the Jackson region as a whole reveals geomagnetic qualities or effects that are beneficial for the body, mind, and mental health. We chose sites based on the importance of these effects. We observed that the effects varied with the time of day. As a result, we made over a dozen trips, taking note of various locations and particular times of day, like right before dawn or at sunset. We frequently had to get up in the middle of the night in order to leave by 3am, which gave us enough time to make the window before dawn.
Photographing Teton Aerial:
We studied the satellite views of the mountain from various perspectives and faces and observed that there were a number of distinct planes and features of advantageous codes that were unique to the glacier only visible from the air. In order to fly over and around the mountain to capture the required codes, we had chartered a plane from Idaho. Out of the numerous flight schools or chartered aircraft we could reach in the area, only one pilot was qualified to do so due to the height and skill level needed. We informed him of the necessary height and time frame, and he checked the weather forecast. The following day, the skies were sufficiently clear, so we set out to capture the glaciers at the mountain's shielded face, which we had arduously sought for. Due to the height and lack of oxygen, we had to hold our breath periodically throughout the entire photo shoot, which meant that once we opened the windows, air would be drawn out of the plane and we would be unable to breathe. Early in the morning, when the temperature was about minus seven, a chilly wind brushed against our fingers, nose, and cheeks. Though it felt like hours, the entire process took less than thirty minutes. The pilot said before we left that he hoped we could send him a copy because, despite spending a lot of time here with the mountain, he had never seen such a magnificent view.
Photographing the Castleton Tower and Castle Valley:
We were able to capture the necessary forces of duality for Castleton Tower just as the sun and rain were about to set. However, as we were taking these pictures, it began to rain heavily. Each raindrop was heavy and plump, and it began to hit our equipment and drip over its crevasses. We hastily removed our coats and wrapped them as best we could while running through the muddy paths for about ten minutes in search of cover. Since we were more focused on making sure the equipment was properly protected, we were all exhausted and drenched by the time we got back.
